REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

All sales are final. However, if an item is defective, we will do our best to replace it whenever possible. If we are unable to replace the item, we will issue a refund.  Please email us at orders@loveonvinyl.com if an item you purchased on LoveOnVinyl.com is defective.

In cases of exchanges for defects in the original product, we will send the replacement piece(s) once we have received the original returned item. There will not be a shipping charge for this exchange.

All items must be in original condition and show no signs of use, and must be returned in original vendor packaging.

If you choose to have your package shipped via a freight-forwarding service you are doing so entirely at your own risk. Any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, taxes and all other charges paid on return shipments are solely your responsibility. In the event you refuse your package, all costs, duties, fees, or taxes are your responsibility and are not able to be refunded. We are not able to refund or reship any packages shipped to a freight-forwarding service.

If the recipient refuses delivery an item purchased at www.LoveOnVinyl.com, all charges shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Love On Vinyl will not refund after such date for any reason whatsoever.

In rare cases Love On Vinyl offers the option to return an item which is not defective, you may be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item to Love On Vinyl. Credits or refunds will be issued to you for the original purchase price after the item(s) are received and processed by Love On Vinyl.
